Gregg D. Slemmer has nearly 20 years
of criminal trial experience as both a prosecutor and defense attorney.
Throughout his career, Attorney Slemmer has handled over 100 jury trials and has served on many high profile cases.
Slemmer defends clients across the spectrum of criminal charges and courts, including drug trafficking, arson, and murder. Gregg practices in both state- and federal- level courts and represents individuals at both the state and federal level.
He was admitted in 1995 to the Ohio State Bar and was also licensed to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.
Gregg Slemmer earned his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Denver in 1989. In 1995, he graduated cum laude from Capital University. At Capital, Slemmer was a member of The Law Review and a member of the Order of the Curia Honors Society.
Slemmer worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Franklin County, Ohio. While at the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office, He tried numerous cases ranging from misdemeanors to capital murder cases.
Gregg Slemmer then worked at the law firm of Onda, LaBuhn, & Rankin Co., LPA, gaining civil litigation experience.
In 2004, Slemmer opened his own law practice.
Gregg Slemmer has had the honor of addressing the members of the State Fire Academy and the Columbus Arson and Bomb Squad.
